Our warranty policies are as follows:

 

BARRY SMITH


The limited warranty covers free replacement caused by defective workmanship and materials and excludes mishandling by carriers. However, please note that there is a minimum charge of labour cost. The warranty does not cover damage due to general wear and tear, accident, use which is unreasonable , inconsistent, dismantling or repair by person other than Barry Smith authorized repair specialist are not covered by this warranty.

 

We advise you to examine your luggage carefully for damage before leaving the airport and immediately report any damage to the luggage service centreof the airline on which you travelled.
Damage caused by the airline is the airline's responsibility and claims must be submitted to the airline at the time damage occurs.

 

This product service provide after-sales service, limited to change of parts only. However, it does not cover damages such as torn lining, torn zipper, body crack, etc that cause by accident or due to mishandling by any form transportation.

 

ANTLER

 

ANTLER 10 YEAR WARRANTY
The Antler warranty covers replacement caused by defective workmanship and materials and excludes mishandling by carriers.

 

The warranty provides for replacement (within the UK) or replacement/repair (outside UK) within the country of purchase and through the original purchase point. This will be at the discretion of Antlers distributors in countries where Antler is represented (please note this may be a chargeable service). The warranty does not cover damage due to general wear and tear.

 

REVELATION 7 YEAR WARRANTY
The Revelation warranty covers replacement caused by defective workmanship and materials and excludes mishandling by carriers.

 

The warranty provides for replacement (within the UK) or replacement/repair (outside UK) within the country of purchase and through the original purchase point. This will be at the discretion of Antlers distributors in countries where Antler is represented (please note this may be a chargeable service). The warranty does not cover damage due to general wear and tear.

 

CASUAL BAG 1 YEAR WARRANTY
The casual bag warranty applies to the following ranges:

  • Avesa
  • Daytona
  • Monza II
  • Salento

 

This covers replacement caused by defective workmanship and materials and excludes mishandling by carriers.


The warranty provides for replacement (within the UK) or replacement/repair (outside UK) within the country of purchase and through the original purchase point. Products covered by the Carry With Confidence Plus Guarantee are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. If necessary, we will provide a bag to you in an expedited manner for use until your bag can be repaired or replaced.  If such a defect appears during the warranty period, we will repair or replace your product, as appropriate, free of charge with an equivalent or updated model of comparable value. This guarantee is non-transferable and does not cover the contents of your bag, cosmetic wear and tear, or damage resulting from abuse, misuse, unauthorized repair or improper handling. If such a defect appears during the warranty period, we will repair or replace your product, as appropriate, free of charge with an equivalent or updated model of comparable value.  This guarantee is non-transferable and does not cover cosmetic wear and tear, damage to third party electronics or damage resulting from abuse, misuse, unauthorized repair, improper handling, power outage or any uncontrollable environmental damage.
